Amarnath Yatra: Important Information
The Amarnath Yatra is a well known pilgrimage devoted to lord Shiva. This Yatra usually happens during the months of June and July and it coincides with the Hindu Festival of Shravan Mela. The Yatra takes one to a distant cave in the Himalayas at a height of about 13,000 feet.
