Coming to Aspen Valley For Fun Or Life?
When we decided to change our life and escape the hectic city life we started looking for our paradise. Living on the California coast was great, but crowded no matter what activities we decided to do. We had heard about Colorado and the wide open spaces, especially on the Western Slope with towns like Aspen and Vail that are smaller communities, but also popular cultural centers. Being in Colorado I wanted a nice steak, but my wife wanted seafood like back home. I told her the closest ocean was miles away, so the seafood would never be as fresh as we could get at home, but she insisted. So his recommendation was a small restaurant directly across the bridge called Juicy Lucy's Steakhouse where we could have the best of both worlds.
