Medaram Jatara

India for its religious, historical and spiritual significance is famous for many events, festivals across the country. One such festival is Medaram Jatara or more popularly known as Sammakka-Sarakka jatara held every two years at Medaram in Warangal district in AndhraPradesh. I happened to visit the jatara last year and even now have the fresh memories of the exhilarating events at the carnival.
