There is a culinary school in the nearby town of Ensenada which turns out plenty of good cooks and chefs. In fact, in Ensenada it can be difficult to find what you might think of as a Mexican restaurant for this reason. Seafood is abundant and fresh in our area, as are fresh produce and meats of all kinds. Great places to eat abound in Rosarito as well.
