The Humble Glasgow Pub Still Continues To Flourish

For hundreds of years the humble Glasgow pub has been an integral part of this great city. Whereas in other parts of the country, the pub is simply a place to go and get drunk in, in Glasgow the pub takes on a much more significant role. Many of them have even become recognised landmarks in their own right and are as much a part of the heritage and architecture of Scotland's largest urban area as is its Cathedrals, art galleries and even, heaven forbid, its football stadiums.
