Exploring Chandigarh
Chandigarh or 'City Beautiful' as it is widely known is in reality one of the most excellent examples of planned construction with an essence to it. One of the cleanest cities of the country, Chandigarh was planned and built by the legendary French architect 'Le Corbusier'. Besides being one of the seven Union Territories of the country, Chandigarh also serves as a capital for two states, Punjab and Haryana respectively.
