Little India in Singapore Little India in Singapore is an area that stretches from Jalan Besar to Race Course Road, down Serangoon Road from the Rochor Cancal to Kitchener Road. However, Serangoon Road has been widely recognized as the stretch of road which most Indians and people from all over the world visit. This area was not the original area designated by the British.
